Cancellation Policy

Deposit is 50% of services and is non- refundable. Deposit goes towards service. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. If a client needs to reschedule after the 24-hour window, please text immediately. Failure to communicate will result in a no-show fee, which will be charged to the card on file and will equal 100% of the booked services. One reschedule is permitted, afterwards a $25 fee will be added to rebook.
